A good example of a Brainard’s Bone drill for “un-united and oblique fractures for passing silver sutures” and relieving abscesses, with checkered ebony handle, 4 long, two spade type bits and one conical burr, all in fine condition. Circa: early 4th quarter of the 19th century.
